Improve Insights (Add Spending for Card, P&L for BTC/ETH)

The current insights are not that useful.
We need additional insights that are more active to improve user experience.
- Show spending amounts from Shakepay Card - last week/month/year.
- Can include spending categories - last week/month/year.
- Show P&L with BTC/ETH bought from Shakepay (calculate BTC/ETH value with sell prices).
- Show insights for your whole balance, not partial balances (BTC/ETH/Cash).
- Show your whole balance on the top (calculate BTC/ETH value with sell prices), not just your cash balance.
