Offer a Shake Freeze to protect streaks

Every 365 days, reward users with a one-time Shake Freeze to protect their streak. This would be a low-cost (basically zero-cost!) way to reward loyal shakers, but a rare, valuable gift nonetheless …because sometimes circumstances just prevent you from shaking.
