Improve Shake It Forward

Add small improvements to shake it forward (SIF) feature, including:
- Add amount shared in shaker profile.
- Ability to give Sats as well as CAD which would be similar to a persons purchase being shakepaid except by a fellow shaker.
- Make it so the option to SIF is not hidden in transaction details.
- Add a discord role for (x) value SIF’d.
- Maybe add a merch drop related to discord role.
