I still encounter businesses where their tap limit is set low and a physical card for chip+pin would allow me to use Shakepay instead of an alternate card.

Also some businesses like Cell providers require a card to be swiped for validation, and won't accept tap.

If it's metal like the crypto.com cards, even better

Although this is a great idea, folks should have the option to opt-in for the physical card. I strongly believe that a small percentage of people would request one. I have not encountered a single merchants who did not accept my virtual Shakepay VISA card. In fact, I don’t know many people who still use cash/card.

I would prefer that they allocate their resources to other things, rather than delivering physical cards. This would cost a lot of money and would only benefit a small number of people.

This is probably why Shakepay is 2+ years behind on releasing physical cards.

I just want a physical card for clout. People don't ask me about tapping my phone on a terminal but if you had a cool looking raccoons blue white card I guarantee people would ask. Bonus points if it's metal, because metal is metal.

Would love a physical card. I’d likely end up using Shakepay as my main bank account at that point
